Here’s our review to help you determine if it suitable for your business. review, Pricing, Features, Pros & Cons, Advantages & Disadvantages

Here’s our review, pricing, features, pros & cons Review is a compact team collaboration and communication software that allows you to organize all your conversations, and project information in one place so that everyone in your team is in sync.

It has a well-designed, collaboration-friendly user interface that displays the progress information in a logical manner, making it easy for everyone in the team to stay up-to-date. provides a personal dashboard, like Asana, which lists all your projects & tasks, and team members responsible for them

One area where does really well, is collaboration. It allows you to easily upload & share a wide variety of files & images, leave notes and even follow social media feeds. has a great scheduling feature that allows you to visually view your project timeline in one place and find out who’s busy and when.

It even allows you to add external users who don’t have account so they can follow your project with special alerts & notifications. supports plenty of third-party integrations such as with G-Drive, Dropbox, Pipedrive, JIRA, Mailchimp and more.

It also provides an API that allows developers to customize its features according to their requirements.

However, it does lack some of the in-depth project management and task management features you’ll find in other project management software like Asana, FreedCamp or even Smartsheet. Features has some basic features such as:

  • Team collaboration
  • Email updates & notifications
  • Scheduling
  • Knowledge base
  • Personal dashboard of tasks, projects & teams
  • Integrations with third party apps
  • Mobile apps

As far as the features go, looks like a light-weight team collaboration tool. Pricing offers a free trial after which you have to subscribe to one of their paid plans. Surprisingly, we couldn’t find any information about trial period on their site.

  • Slick unser interface
  • Decent collaboration tools
  • Easy to use

  • Limited project management & task management features
  • Expensive
  • Complicated pricing plans

Final Verdict has a nice interface and looks slick. However, to be honest, we found to be too expensive for the features it offers. There are much more affordable (even free) project management software like Trello, Asana, FreedCamp or even Smartsheet. If you don’t mind spending, try Wrike or Basecamp.
